Our growing Northbrook Company is looking for motivated, high energy, and intelligent people to be a part of the Inside Sales marketing group as our ever-increasing business expands into new and exciting industries. Good listening and speaking skills, as well as solid computer skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting business owners and executives
• Utilizing business to business cold call sales techniques to sell advertising solutions
• Creating an urgency to act
• Closing the sale over the phone

Successful people will be hired on full time to build networks outside of Chicago. We have the office space and leads, do you have the time and drive??

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Business to business cold calling sales experience
• Experience with outbound calling techniques
• Proven history of proposing and closing business on the phone and a track record of exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and written skills, strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
• Excellent prospecting skills, high-volume outbound cold-calling and solid closing skills are also required.
• PC proficiency: both Windows and Web applications
